About us

The ELearning Institute provides eLearning and consultancy services that empower leaders of private, public and social enterprises to improve shareholder value, livelihoods and civic conversations through the application of ICTs, respectively. We are advocates of life-long learning. We believe adults learn better in their own space, at their own pace. ELearning is the most flexible channel to meet these demanding requirements of our clients.

Our goal is to create winning teams between ICT professionals and leaders. We know that ICT professionals are notorious for communicating in terse, technical jargon. Our services are built from the ground up to meet the overarching goal of bridging the communications gap between technologist and leaders. We are innovative. We have received support from Microsoft’s BizSpark program. BizSpark is a global leader in Innovation support.

Training Approach

We offer three modes of training.
  1. Online The learner completes the course online

  2. Blended The learner attends in-house or public venue classes and complements this with online e-tutorials.

  3. Facilitator Led The learner attends in-house or public venue workshops led by our experienced Partner Facilitators.

Indigenous Knowledge

Our flagship product – Improving Livelihoods through the application of ICTs, embraces inclusion. We believe that grassroots are equal partners in the ICT dialogue.

We approach indigenous knowledge and communities in place from two perspectives. First we engage them using their indigenous language. Click here (Ukuvikela Umlilo Waphandle) to see how we communicated disaster management in indigenous language.
